We are a team of 5 students from Junior College and St Edward’s College who have worked tirelessly to establish a JA mini-company called QuickTake.
The Story behind QuickTake
We originally set out to create a plant-growing kit for homes called AnthoBox. But as our ideas evolved, so did our vision, and QuickTake was born! After exploring several versions with different designs and mechanics, we poured our energy into crafting the game you see today.
Building a product from the ground up wasn’t easy, especially one with so many components. Our goal is to become the go-to tabletop brand for innovative and replayable games with a focus on reaction time, concentration and fun! We had a blast making QuickTake, and we’re sure you’ll love playing it.
We hope that through QuickTake, players can develop a habit of putting mobile phones on the back burner and bring a focus to family, friends and social connection. Through our tactile cards, the game is a fun experience giving an appropriate balance between technology through our digital buzzer.
